Terms of Service

By using RLBoost services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Service Description

RLBoost provides Rocket League rank boosting, win boosting, placement matches, tournament wins, coaching, and "Play with Booster" duo queue services. All services are performed by verified SSL-ranked players.

2. Account Safety

We take account security seriously. Our boosters use VPN protection matching your exact location. Account credentials are only accessible by your assigned booster and are deleted within 24 hours of order completion. We never share, sell, or trade your personal information.

3. Order Process

Orders are placed and coordinated via Discord. After payment, you will be connected with an available SSL booster. Estimated completion times vary by service type and current rank. You will receive live updates throughout the process.

4. Payment

We accept PayPal, credit/debit cards via Stripe, and cryptocurrency (BTC/ETH). All payments are processed through encrypted third-party payment processors. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change.

5. Refund Policy

You are entitled to a full refund if we fail to complete your order within the promised timeframe. Our completion rate is 100%. Refund requests must be made via Discord within 30 days of order placement. Partial refunds may be issued for partially completed orders at our discretion.

6. Coaching & Play with Booster

Coaching sessions and "Play with Booster" duo queue are purchased in hourly increments. Unused time does not roll over. Sessions are scheduled via Discord and must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 2 hours in advance.

7. Prohibited Conduct

  • Chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes
  • Harassing or abusing boosters, coaches, or support staff
  • Attempting to extract booster account information
  • Reselling RLBoost services to third parties

8. Limitation of Liability

RLBoost is not responsible for any account actions taken by Epic Games or Psyonix in connection with boosting services. While we take every precaution to ensure account safety, boosting carries inherent risks that the customer acknowledges by placing an order.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
